These one-on-one Executive Coaching sessions help executives and owners clarify the vision of their business and how it fits in with their personal goals. Our business coaching service is a process used to take a business from where it is now to where the business owner wants it to be.

As a business coach, I help you build actionable plans to ensure you are reaching business growth goals and meeting your personal needs, which is important to measure impact and results. 


PRIORITIZE GOALS & OBJECTIVES


We guide business owners in developing, implementing and prioritizing business goals and objectives that are also linked to the business owner’s personal dreams, goals and plans for themselves.


ONGOING SUPPORT


 Sessions of 1, 1.5 or 2 hours are available and are set up with the business owner either in person or virtually.  A three-month period is recommended with either weekly or bi-weekly sessions to keep them on track with the commitments made during our past coaching sessions.

As a consultant, I help you conduct your internal investigations and gather facts,  provide guidance, witness service, and offer recommendations under employment law compliance.

Sessions of 1, 1.5 or 2 hours are available and are set up with the the employee either in person or virtually. Frequescy varies depending on the nature of the services being provided. Investigation assistance typically is shorter duration then counseling sessions.
